The Commission on the Status of Grandparents Raising Grandchildren will be convening workshops this fall throughout Massachusetts. Each workshop is approximately three hours long. A guest speaker will present at each workshop a topic important to relative caregivers. Each presentation will be followed by an information panel, which includes representatives from agencies who work with grandparents raising grandchildren and relative caregivers such as DTA, DCF, Masshealth, WIC, Elder Services, and more. Local community support providers will also be present.

Join fellow caregivers and service providers for a day of listening, learning, and sharing. There will be a variety of workshops, group activities, and resource tables throughout the day. The Kinship Navigator Program will be available for consults and intakes throughout the day.

Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
